The following information is usually required during the loan process:

Liberty Mortgage Corporation’s application package (includes application and up-front forms with signatures).

• W2s for the last two years.

• Current pay stubs.

• Bank statements for the past two months (all pages).

• Mortgage loan statement (if you own real estate).

• Homeowners insurance declaration page (if you own real estate).

• Tax returns for the past two years if you are self-employed or receive income other than salary.

• Copy of deed/title policy for refinance borrowers.

• Complete copy of sales contract and each addendum of purchase transaction.
